Baseline is also committed to a sustainable workplace, taking our agency completely virtual, which has significantly reduced our carbon footprint. We also offer marketing material audits to help clients reduce waste and become more sustainable by creating digital assets or using eco-friendly inks when printing is necessary.

Darcy Flanders

Founder / Chief Brand Strategist

As founder and chief Brand Strategist of BaselineGroupNY, Darcy is the visionary, project strategist and project manager. Her strength lies in the ability to interpret clients’ spoken goals and translate then into impactful and targeted design solutions.

Her passion for design is contagious and her emphasis on teamwork leads to great collaborative solutions. Drawing on over 35 years of expertise, you can count on Darcy to lead an information-oriented, responsive and time-sensitive creative process that considers the big picture and instinctively understands the importance of the smallest detail and the strictest schedule.

Darcy has envisioned and managed branding initiatives for Citi, StepStone Global, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Galliard, Lincolnshire to name a few.

Her work has received numerous design awards and recognitions, including the Financial Communications Society, Graphic Design USA, the Financial Communications Society, American Graphic Design Awards, and the Association of the Graphic Arts.

Creative Director

Brenda has been with BaselineGroupNY since the firm opened in 1997. She has deepened her role as creative director with a terrific flair for typography and content organization. She has art-directed complex projects such as the Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation annual report, a fund launch for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and a Citi Private Bank capabilities brochure.

Brenda’s passion is making the complex clear, and tackling large, multi-channel projects that require careful attention. She is skilled in making information-driven documents readable and effective.

She’s been honored by Step Inside Design, The Financial Communication Society, and Graphic Design USA. Her fresh, innovative design sensibilities, her expertise in information architecture, her unparalleled skill and grace in project management, and her technological understanding of analytic tools and workflow efficiencies, mean she’s prepared for today’s complex challenges in financial marketing and branding.

Matthew Beloise

Matthew Belloise

Digital Design Director

Matt has been with BaselineGroupNY for 10+ years with an expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Word. His experience includes the design and creation of digital marketing materials, including websites and presentations, from concept through production. He has applied his wide range of design and production skills to a variety of projects for clients such as Lincolnshire Management, McKissack & McKissack, Apollo Global Management, and Micah Philanthropies. He has taken lead on a variety of Powerpoint, branding, and digital projects within financial services, both small and large, from pitch decks and ESG reports to rebranding initiatives and websites.

Clients he serves includes Bridge House Advisors, ACA Group, Sun Capital Partners, Arsenal Capital, J. Gregory Coleman Group, and Mobile Anesthesia Services Concepts.

Tanya Luckert

Studio Manager

Tanya is a multitalented creative leader with a passion for creative problem-solving. She serves as a dedicated partner to clients and team members, going above and beyond to deliver projects that exceed goals, are on time, and within budget.

With a BFA in Graphic Design and experience in both creative agencies and an in-house marketing department, she has a unique perspective and deep knowledge of the creative process from both the client and vendor side.

As Studio Manager, she is involved in all phases of the creative process. She has extensive experience leading creative teams and managing multiple brands simultaneously with a hands-on approach. Working in both design agencies and in-house teams, she has a unique perspective and deep knowledge of the creative process from both the client and vendor side.

Tanya specializes in art direction, project management, and client services with experience in direct and digital marketing, brand development, package design, and more, having worked with brands such as DIRECTV, Lufthansa German Airlines, InStyle Magazine, CITI, The New York Yankees, The ALS Association, Isaac Mizrahi, Sterling National Bank, and the American Museum of Natural History.

Maggie Gerrity

Comptroller

Maggie is in charge of overseeing the daily accounting operations of our business and prepares all necessary information to help with our strategic financial planning.

Maggie is the friendly voice on the phone when we are setting up billing systems, preparing invoices and keeping track of receivables. In short, the rest of us use the wrong side of the brain to talk money matters, they are best left to Maggie.

Mark Frankel

Director of Technology

Mark is a digital media, internet and mobile app producer with more than twenty years of experience in graphic design, information architecture, information design, HTML authoring, audio and digital video production, licensing and copywriting. His career in multimedia began with Warner New Media, one of the first of two companies creating interactive media, and continued with Time Warner until the founding of Arroyo Design in 1997. Mark has worked on a variety of platforms, including CD-ROMs, interactive television and the Internet and over a large range of content, including entertainment, health, sports, e-commerce and education/non-profit.
