Rebranding and Collateral Material Development
Our firm was hired to rebrand – among other key collateral materials – the McKissack & McKissack capabilities brochure. This core communications piece highlights “over 100 years of building to bring change” – as the oldest construction management company’s tagline states – with a legacy of excellence and an impressive body of work commissioned and successfully completed for the academic, conventions & sports, healthcare, municipal and transportation sectors. Inspired by the logomark, this square format and “architectural” framework applied throughout the interior reinforces the brand and anchors all relevant content and visuals harmoniously to tell the story. While visually dominant and informative, this rather “small” piece provides a thorough overview while maintaining an “intimate” feel. A custom square envelope properly branded and designed to reflect the visual concept applied to the brochure houses this piece like a pearl in its shell.
