Baseline was granted absolute creative freedom to create an “out of the box” trade show booth to captivate and engage potential candidates at Deutsche Bank’s recruiting events.
Of several unique concepts presented, this “Interactive Word Search Puzzle” customized to include key words from the EB&M “Agile Mind” Brand Campaign, designed and produced on a dry-erase surface (that could be easily written on and wiped off) was a clear winner! This solution provided a fun and clever approach to attract and engage the “Agile Minds” the Bank seeks to find, protect and nurture.
