From May of 2018 through the Summer of 2022, BaselineGroupNY was the outsourced in-house marketing team and webmaster for Lock Haven University during a time of leadership transition. The new President of the university selected Baseline to rebrand and reposition the University to put an end to declining admissions. One week into the new President’s tenure the webmaster for the entire university resigned. Baseline was required to quickly learn how to operate in their CMS and field daily website edits from the entire university: staff, alumni, and students. Baseline reports directly to the President, the VP of University Advancement, and the Commercial Marketing Manager.
